LOGISTICS TRAINEE PROGRAM

The Logistics Trainee Program is designed for graduates with a strong interest in supply chain, operations and problem solving. If you’re interested in pursuing a career in our dynamic logistics department, this 6-month program is a great place to start. You’ll also learn from our leaders in corporate logistics who forecast and manage how much to produce, where to produce it and how to ship it so it reaches your store shelf as fresh as possible.

This 6-month rotational includes the following breakdown with exact locations to be decided closer to the August 2018 start date:
• (3 weeks) On-boarding, info sessions, and project assignments
• (3 weeks) Deep dive of supply department
• (3 weeks) New manager academy (leadership training)
• (6 weeks) Job Shadowing: Learning the operation
• (6 weeks) Job Shadowing: Learning the operation
• (4 weeks) Wholesale Operations
• (1 week) West-Coast learning route to market
• (Final Week) Prepare for first placement & project presentation

Typical first positions after completion of the rotational trainee program: Group Manager (Logistics), Logistics Specialist
