Dr. Trudy Eagan Women in Business Award

The Trudy Eagan Award is awarded to students who have made a difference at StFX. To be eligible, applicants must be female students currently enrolled in their fourth year of study at StFX in the BBA or BIS programs or their equivalents; preference may be given to students from New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland. Students must have an academic average in their third year at StFX of 75% or greater; demonstrate determination and perseverance and stand out as people who have had a positive impact on their classmates and the program; preference is given to students who also demonstrate financial need. (more) (apply)

George D. Anderson Business Award

This award is available to 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year students enrolled full-time in the business program at StFX. Students should exhibit leadership qualities, be a resident of Nova Scotia, be in good academic standing at the conclusion of their first year of study at StFX, and should demonstrate determination, varied interests and stand out as a person who will make a positive impact in the community through leadership. Students must demonstrate financial need and that they otherwise might not be able to attend university. This award will be applied directly to the student's account. Application Due Date: October 7th. Award Value: up to $2500. (more)
