Alyssa Abraham studied painting, printmaking, drawing, and Italian Renaissance Art History at the Studio Arts College International in Florence, Italy, and earned her BA in Studio Art at Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin. She completed her MA in Art History at the University of Florida, and her PhD in Art History at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. Her research focuses on the reception of Italian Renaissance art and the ways in which altarpieces functioned in Modenese confraternities.
